Injection Report

PDF report of an image injection scan. Same three modes as /api/report: client-posted result (no QR), a saved scan of the caller's own (durable verify-QR + stored thumbnail), or a share token (report built from the STORED scan, never from client data). Same rate bucket as text reports.

The same as the X-UI-Lang header, for requests a browser makes without custom headers. If both are sent, lang wins.
