Terminate MCP connection

Changed on

Revoke all refresh tokens and pending authorization codes for this account, user and OAuth client registration. After termination completes, access tokens issued for this connection are rejected at their next authentication. Repeating this action preserves the original termination time. The user can reconnect by explicitly authorizing the application again.
