Read Google Ads ingestion diagnostics for an order or funnel interaction

Requires the google_ads:read scope. Supply exactly one of order_id or event_id, belonging to the current business. Submitted means Google accepted a request for processing. Success and partial_success are batch ingestion results, not attribution evidence. Historical diagnostics remain readable after the integration is removed.
