Refresh listing

Refresh a listing to bump it to the top of search results

Updates the listing's updated_at timestamp to make it appear at the top of search results when sorted by date. Enforces a cooldown period between refreshes to prevent abuse. Validates ownership before allowing refresh.

Requirements:

  • 49.1: POST /api/v2/listings/:id/refresh endpoint
  • 49.2: Update listing updated_at timestamp
  • 49.3: Enforce cooldown period between refreshes
  • 49.4: Validate ownership before allowing refresh
  • 49.5: Log refresh actions to Audit_Trail
