Get craftable items based on owned blueprints and stock

Returns items that can be crafted based on user's owned blueprints and available materials in their stock lots. Shows material availability and maximum craftable quantities.

Requirements:

  • 10.1-10.6: Blueprint Inventory Tracking
  • 11.1-11.6: Organization Blueprint Tracking
  • 21.1-21.6: Material Inventory Integration
  • 22.1-22.6: Crafting Cost Estimation
