Get offer session with V2 variant-enriched market listings

NOTE: must stay declared after every literal-path GET on this route (e.g. "search"). TSOA emits Express routes in declaration order, so a "{sessionId}" registered first would swallow /offers/search and try to load a session whose id is the literal string "search".
