Checkout cart — creates an offer session (mirrors V1 purchase_listings flow)

  1. Validates all cart items are still available
  2. Detects price changes and requires confirmation if needed
  3. Checks blocked users, availability requirements, order limits
  4. Creates an offer session via V1 createOffer (chat, Discord, notifications)
  5. Clears cart after successful offer creation
