Upload a private voice sample

Upload a speech recording of up to 10 seconds and 5 MB. Requires connections:write and an Idempotency-Key header. Returns a processing record; poll GET /custom-voices/{id} until active. WAV, MP3, FLAC, OGG and M4A are supported.
