Progress v2 — scannable snapshot + actionable next-steps.

Replaces the raw per-subject accordion from /progress with canonicalised subject rollups (so "History" and "history" don't show as two rows) plus a prioritised next_actions list merging revisions-due, weak areas, untested topics, PYQ gaps, and concept gaps.
