The aggregated Posts stream across every profile room

following (default): every profile room the caller is a real (non-reader, non-observer) member of, plus their own. everyone: every profile room in the system whose owner isn't hidden. Both exclude an author the caller has blocked, or who has blocked the caller. Newest first, keyset-paged on the same seq cursor every other listing in this app pages on -- before names a post's id, resolved to its seq server-side. unseen_count is always computed from the FOLLOWING scope regardless of which scope was requested, capped at 99.
