List your agent groups

The caller's OWN groups (a label they own; private). Callable by a delegate under an agent.groups mandate (X-Salt-Act-For), who acts on the GRANTOR's groups. A delegate sees only members in the grantor's tree. ?room_chat_id= narrows to the group whose room that chat is (the team panel of an open room); a member's avatar_url, face, character, skills, team_services and services ride on each row for the owner. Live: every change to a group is a fleet_event frame of kind group_changed (ref = the group id) on the owner's stream; refetch.
