List Iadl Options

An organization's active IADL catalog with task options, ordered for display.

Clients use this to build IADL forms and learn the valid activities and task keys. Returns ORM objects rather than pre-dumped dicts: the response schema's resolve_tasks runs again during response validation, and on a dict it silently resolves to [].
