Get the pending policy changes on Safes in a Space

Returns the spending-limit changes in the transaction queue of every Safe in the Space. Detects only direct AllowanceModule calls and calls found one level inside a MultiSend batch, and only against known AllowanceModule deployments (@safe-global/safe-modules-deployments) - a change made through a nested MultiSend, a custom batching contract, a Safe module bypassing the owner queue, or an unofficial AllowanceModule fork is not detected.
