Logs, unique patients, last logged, favourites, and forks, aggregated from meal items, recipe lists, and fork provenance. Date, clinic, and meal-name filters narrow the logging metrics only; favourites and forks are standing totals. Archived recipes remain reportable. Counts only -- no patient identifiers are returned.
