Note: The INSTALLED event must be idempotent, meaning that it should return OK even if the account is already successfully installed.

A trace id, to help track problems. If it's not received, an auto-generated value will be used for logging. TR_ID header should also be set on the response.

JWS token containing the signature and additional claims.

Identifies the type of lifecycle event. Could be extended in the future with more events.

timestampstring date-time required

Timestamp of when the event happened in ISO-8601 format with timezone in UTC.
