Order: flag (404) → per-IP limit (429, before auth so token guessing is throttled too) → body size/JSON (413/400) → buyer token (401/503) → personal inbox (400) → JobPosting mapping (422, every field error at once) → per-email + per-domain daily slot (429) → the shared shortlist path (201; 200 for a duplicate, which hands its slot back).
