List public registry skills with search and filters

Text query: a skill matches when any word begins a word of its identity, description, tags, runners or category, and relevance ranks those that match more, identity above description above the rest.

Owner namespace filter.

Tag filter.

Catalog kind filter: skill or graph.

Registry category filter: code, research, ops, growth, content, data, security, payments, or authoring.

Runner mode filter: profiled or portable.

When true, return only the editorial selection's featured skills, in its order.

When set to unverified, include zero-install community skills in broad discovery.

Trust tier filter: first_party, verified, or community.

Up to 100 exact skill ids (owner/name), comma-separated, read as one batch. The page holds those that are listed; the community discovery floor does not apply.

Only skills whose current version declares this connector id.

Sort order: relevance (the default with q), recommended (the default without), newest, most-installed, or a-z.

Maximum number of skills to return, 1 to 100 (default 24).

Continues the query that returned it as next_cursor; a cursor from another query is rejected.

When 1, add the total listed skills the query matches, when it can be computed within budget.

When 1, add facet counts for the query, when they can be computed within budget.
