Read the delivery status of a command sent to the agent.
Returns the lifecycle status of a mailbox command (pending, claimed, sent, or failed with a failure code). Pass wait (ms, capped server-side) to hold the request open until the command reaches sent or failed; at the bound the current status is returned.
