Get Change Streak

Changes the agent applied per workspace-local day over the requested range, with the streaks derived from them. A change is one successful PlanChangeApplication — an edit that actually reached the ad platform. Experimental sandbox sessions are test runs and excluded. A quiet last day doesn't break the current streak until the day is over.
