Delete Webhook Endpoint
Delete a webhook endpoint. Deliveries to it stop, and its delivery history can no longer be read. This cannot be undone. To stop deliveries and keep the endpoint, update it with {"disabled": true} instead.
When the response is 503, the endpoint is left disabled; repeat the request to finish the delete.
