Read the org's Lightning receiver (never the pairing)

Any active member. Returns the node public key, network, permitted methods, probe time and health (last_probe_status ok | failing with last_error), and custody: organization. A non-member gets 403 whether or not a receiver exists; an organization without one answers 404 LIGHTNING_RECEIVER_NOT_FOUND inside its own membership.
