Public; the device_code is the credential. On approval returns { control_plane_session_token, token_type, expires_in, absolute_expires_at, email, wallets[] } (single-use). Otherwise an RFC-8628 error body { error } at HTTP 400: authorization_pending | slow_down | access_denied | expired_token.
