List Line Segments

Straight-line segments from a page's vector geometry blob (stroked or filled paths).

Candidate geometry for takeoff autocomplete (spec 2026-07-02-line-autocomplete-design.md). Each entry is (x1, y1, x2, y2) in PDF user-space — the same coordinate space as measurement geometry. Empty when the page has no geometry blob (raster sheet, pre-geometry ingest) or the blob is unavailable. truncated is true when the server cap dropped segments.
