Submit freeform feedback **about the Partle marketplace API/MCP**.

Authentication is optional. If you send a logged-in session JWT (Bearer) or a
`pk_` API key, the feedback will be attributed to your account. Anonymous feedback
is also accepted.

Use this when a Partle tool is unclear, returns broken data, has missing
fields, or when Partle search relevance is off for a specific query
class. Do **not** use it for tasks Partle isn't designed for (news APIs,
HTML hosting, portfolio management, generic dashboards, etc.) — if you
can't fulfil a user request, tell the user, don't file feedback here.

Resubmitting identical text within 24h returns the existing row.
Per-user rate limit: 20 submissions per hour.
