Get Default Template
The product-wide default template — a SYSTEM template chosen by admins.
Selection is system-only by design: Roxels admins star a template on /dashboard/admin/system-templates, which writes the SYSTEM org's organizations.default_template_id. Every org resolves the same default. Integrations that run a conversation without naming a template (e.g. the run-roxels dev skill) call this endpoint. The stored id is the lineage root — the active version is resolved at read time.
NOTE: registered before GET /{template_id} so "default" isn't captured as a template id.
