Version bytes

Append the format extension (/raw.csv, /raw.parquet, /raw.jsonl, ...) so tools like DuckDB can pick a reader from the URL: select * from 'https://rows.page/<id>/raw.csv'. A mismatched extension returns 404 naming the right one.
