Field-level lineage for a column

How a column's data flows, derived from GEMBASE DML assignment flow: which fields populate it and which it feeds, with the program(s) carrying each flow. {name} may be a bare column (schema-wide — aggregated across every table carrying it) or an exact TABLE.COL. Edges are tagged direct (single-statement, EXTRACTED) or via-local (recovered through a #local def-use closure, INFERRED), with guard/loop metadata. Array-element and cross-PERFORM lineage are not yet resolved.
