Stream a run's status (SSE)

Server-Sent Events stream of a run's live status. Pushes an event: status frame (a Run object) on every change — including queuePosition / providerStatus while it runs — then an event: done frame and closes when the run is terminal. One connection replaces polling GET /v1/runs/{id}. The connection is capped at 20 minutes; reconnect to keep watching a long hardware queue.
