Resolve a job location ID
Find the location ID for any city, region, or country to filter company job listings by geography — resolve location names without guessing or hardcoding IDs.
Input: name (required) — a location name, e.g. 'Paris', 'Île-de-France', 'France', 'Texas'. Add a qualifier to pick between places that share a name, e.g. 'Paris (United States)' or 'Nantes, France'.
Output: A data object containing nb_results (1, or 0 when the name matches no place exactly) and results, the place the name designates: a country name resolves to the country, a city name to the city. Each result has an integer id (pass this as a value in the company-jobs endpoint's locationIds filter), plus name, full_name, country, region, and type (location granularity, e.g. "city" or "country"). Its fields are snake_case (nb_results, full_name). Cost: Free.
