Create Checkout Session Route

Creates a checkout session. If the price_id corresponds to an ad-credit item, we attach additional metadata so that the post-payment webhook can properly credit the team.

Updated logic: if we have adcredit_item or is_ltd, then mode is "payment". Otherwise, "subscription".
