The organisations this person is a member of. current is where calls act right now and is always set; defaultOrganizationId is what has actually been STORED and is null when nothing has been chosen — the two differ whenever the caller has not picked yet. An API key is issued inside one organisation and always acts there, so it returns an empty list with fixed: true.
