Create Assembly Quote

Generate a quote for caller-owned designs in an assembly.

The request contains a list of design-level quote requests. For each design we calculate the unit price using the existing quoting logic and then aggregate all unit prices to return a single assembly-level quote. Authenticate with rmfg_key, both Supabase session headers, or the anonymous website session token that owns every requested design.
