Requests a part OR an assembly for dropshipping.

Exactly one of part_id / assembly_id. Parts must come from one of the user's own orders (the qty-1 sample flow; the sample order is derived). Assemblies additionally require sample_order_id: an order owned by the user containing at least one part line whose design belongs to the assembly — that order is the recipe every dropship order reproduces.
