Single-ticker risk snapshot as a PNG image

Returns image bytes, not JSON. The PNG twin of GET /metrics/{ticker}/snapshot.pdf, rendered from the same report data and served from a Redis cache on repeat requests.

Authentication: Required (API Key or OAuth2) Billing: $1.25 per request (premium tier) Rate Limit: 120 requests/minute (default)
