Returns:
- quoteToBind: distinct-lead quote→bind conversion (bind+active as placed)
- premiumPlaced: total base premium in Binding + Active
- weightedPipeline: expected value of pre-binding opportunities
- topCustomers: top 3 companies by realized revenue
- cumulativeGwp: month-by-month cumulative written premium
- forecastBar: [current placed GWP, placed GWP + weighted forecast]
- probabilities / assumptions used (for transparency in the report)
