Delete Lead Property Schedule Row

Delete a single building row from the schedule.

Rows live inside the stored JSON payload, so this is a read-modify-write of that payload rather than a row delete. Removing the last remaining row drops the whole record, which keeps the customer's Locations page and the sidebar item consistent with "there is no schedule".
