Scheduled next-maintenance time as Unix seconds, or -1 when none is scheduled.

maintenance_end_timestring int64

Expected maintenance end time as Unix seconds, or -1 when unset.

maintenance_messagestring

Free-text maintenance announcement for the banner ("" when unset).

maintenance_phasestring

Maintenance phase: "none" | "scheduled" | "active". Derived from is_maintenance_mode and maintenance_time so the client need not infer state from raw fields.
