user_max_fee_bpsinteger

User's current approved max fee for this builder (parts per million, denom 1e6). Meaningless (0) unless has_approval is true — 0 is itself a valid explicit approval (revoked, or approved with a zero ceiling), indistinguishable from "never approved" without checking has_approval.

has_approvalboolean

True if account was provided and has an on-record approval for this builder (even if that approval's max_fee_bps is 0). False if account was omitted or has never approved.
