Delete a webhook

Deletes a webhook subscription. Its target URL is unsubscribed from every event and stops receiving deliveries. The other subscriptions of your configuration are untouched.

Since target_url is immutable, deleting and re-creating is also how you move a subscription to another URL.

Permission: No specific permission required. A valid API key is sufficient.

Monitoring: Not needed.
