SMS delivery receipt event

Sent on an sms.delivery_receipt subscription when the carrier reports the delivery status of an outbound SMS.

Unlike the Message event, the event field holds the full event name: sms.delivery_receipt.

message_id identifies the message the receipt is about. status is the delivery status reported by the carrier. delivered_at is the delivery time, in UTC.
