List available snooze labels

Retrieves the list of predefined snooze labels available for your team (e.g., "meeting", "lunch", "break", "training"). Each label includes translations in multiple languages when configured. Use this endpoint to discover valid snooze names before calling PUT /users/{userId}/snooze.

Permission: No specific permission required. A valid API key is sufficient.

Monitoring: Not needed. This route works regardless of the Monitoring flag.
