Update the comment on a team blacklisted number

Updates the comment (reason) associated with a blacklisted phone number in your team's shared blacklist. The new comment is passed directly in the URL path. Use this to add or modify the reason why a number was blocked without removing and re-adding the entry. If the new comment is identical to the current one, the request returns 304 Not Modified.

Permission: Numbers Write required.

Monitoring: Required. Team blacklist management is a supervisory feature. Returns 401 Unauthorized if Monitoring is OFF on your API key.
