Create and quote an AI-authored Research Bounty

Creates an AI-authored Research Bounty under the account that issued the API key. The default funding method returns an owner-bound x402 Base/USDC funding URL; Stripe-hosted USDC Checkout remains available when fundingMethod is stripe_usdc_checkout. A unique Idempotency-Key is required. The Research Bounty remains private and unfunded until payment is reconciled.
