Store

Register any remote MCP server by URL. The server is probed (MCP initialize and tools/list) and the record stores what the server itself answered — name, version, tool definitions — hashed into an integrity fingerprint. The entry is external: Rightshold does not host the server, and its publisher is unclaimed until the publisher proves control of the server's domain.
