New time of day, "HH:mm" on a 24-hour clock, read in the series' own timezone. Moves every future, not-yet-detached occurrence to this time on its own date and re-anchors the series. Dates and the repeat rule are unchanged — this is the time of day only. An occurrence that would land in the past keeps its original time.
