ISO date YYYY-MM-DD; filters on created_at

ISO date YYYY-MM-DD; filters on created_at (inclusive)

is_internalstring

Staff/tester accounts. "true" = only internal, "false" = exclude internal, omit = all.

sold_bystring

Sales rep (V2-07), case-insensitive, from the user's latest GHL provisioning row. Each user in the response carries sold_by (null when not provisioned from GHL).
