Export the DB rows Stripe disagrees with

The full contents of one reconciliation bucket (the JSON response caps each at 20). null_id = platform=stripe with no stripe_subscription_id, so no webhook can ever reach the row. phantom = an id Stripe has never heard of. stale = Stripe knows the id but calls it canceled/expired. missing = live at Stripe but absent from our entitled set.
