Update a mailbox title, description or metadata

metadata must be a JSON object. It replaces the stored object; {} clears it. Send expected_metadata_version from your last read; a stale value changes nothing and returns MAILBOX_METADATA_CONFLICT. Titles are unique among active mailboxes; a used title returns 409 MAILBOX_TITLE_TAKEN.
