Path parameters

idinteger required

Format - int32. ID of the request to replace.

Request body

request_idinteger

Primary identifier for this request. Do not include when creating a new request.

request_status_idinteger required

Foreign identifier indicating the status of this request. Use the RequestStatuses endpoint to provide the appropriate ID for the request from the list of statuses.

customer_idinteger required

Foreign identifier indicating the associated account.

assigned_tointeger

Foreign identifier indicating which user this request is assigned.

group_assigned_tointeger

Foreign identifier indicating which user group this request is assigned.

process_idinteger

Foreign identifier indicating which process to follow.

created_datestring date-time

Date and time this request was created.

status_datestring date-time

Date and time the status was updated in Rev.io.

created_byinteger

Foreign identifier of user that created this request.

descriptionstring

Free-form text description of the request.

process_phase_idinteger

Foreign identifier indicating which phase of the current process this request is in.
