Create a product property

Creates a property named name in category (e.g. brands, departments, seasons) for companyId — the caller's own company or one the caller is linked to, else 404 invalid_company_id (legacy accepted any company) — and queues its copy into the style properties. 409 duplicated_product_property when the company already has that name in that category. Answers 201 with the property as stored, in the { data, metadata } envelope (legacy answered the bare record). Unknown body keys are ignored, as in legacy.
